FAQ’s

Can I pay for my order online?

No, you can only pay with cash at pick-up.

Can you hold my order for tomorrow?

We cannot hold orders overnight, however you’re welcome to place another order tomorrow.

I'm recreational. How much product can I purchase at one time?

Recreational customers with Illinois ID’s can purchase up to 30 grams of flower, 5 grams of concentrate and 500mg of edibles per day. Customers with out-of-state ID’s can purchase up to 15 grams of flower, 2.5 grams of concentrate and 250mg of edibles per day. Per state regulations, recreational customers can only make one purchase per day so we recommend planning accordingly.

What forms of ID are acceptable?

We can accept U.S.-issued Driver’s Licenses, IDs, and Permits. We can also accept domestic and international passports, Consular ID cards, International Election ID cards, Visas, and Green Cards. We cannot accept international driver’s licenses or permits. Please give us a call if you are unsure if your ID is valid.

This is my first visit. Do you offer any first time discounts?

We offer medical patients 20% off their entire order for their first visit. Veterans receive 20% off every purchase. We also offer seniors (55+), students and those with disabilities 10% off every purchase. Students must bring their student ID every time.

Is there a rewards program?

Yes! It’s free to sign up – simply inform your budtender at checkout that you’d like to be enrolled into our points system. The budtender will create a profile for you in our system using your name, birthdate, phone number and/or email.

$1 spent (excluding tax) = 1 point earned. Points are earned cumulatively across transactions.

Redemption levels are as follows:
200 points ($200 spent pre-tax) = $10 reward
400 points ($400 spent pre-tax) = $25 reward
800 points ($800 spent pre-tax) = $80 reward

Point redemptions may be stacked on top of senior, student, veteran and ssdi discounts. You may redeem more than one reward in a single transaction if there are enough available points.

Anonymous transactions will not earn points. Placing an order online will automatically create a profile for you and thus will allow you to earn points upon checkout.

I'm new to cannabis. I'm not sure where to begin. Would you be able to walk me through some options?

We would love to help! We offer a variety of products suitable for those who have little to no tolerance. Whether you seek relief or recreation, we’re happy to help you find products you can feel comfortable using.

I am a medical cannabis patient in another state. Can I purchase medically?

Unfortunately, Illinois does not yet recognize out-of-state medical cards. You must pay recreational taxes if you do not have an Illinois medial card.

I don't have a medical card. What's the benefit of having one?

Medical card patients only pay about 1% in taxes compared to recreational customers who pay 10% in taxes for cannabis with a THC level of 35% or below, 25% in taxes for cannabis with a THC level above 35% and 20% in taxes for infused cannabis products.

Medical patients can grow up to 5 cannabis plants at home. They can also make multiple purchases in one day.

Do you offer curbside?

Yes, but only to our medical patients who are unable to enter the dispensary. Please give us a call when you arrive. Curbside is unavailable after 4pm.

Can I bring my child with me to the dispensary? Can you do curbside for me if I have my child?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow children into the dispensary nor can we allow them to be present for curbside service. Please do not bring those under the age of 21 to the dispensary or its grounds unless they are a qualifying Illinois medical patient.
